Terms of Use

These terms apply to SuperBlock at superblock.apk.id, operated by apk.id ("we", "us"). By playing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. The game
SuperBlock is free to play in your browser and is supported by advertising. We may add, change or remove features, levels or ads at any time, and the game may occasionally be unavailable.
2. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your progress
Progress is stored only in your browser (see the Privacy Policy). Clearing site data, using private browsing or switching devices can erase it, and we cannot restore it. Scores, coins and rewards inside the game have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Advertising and rewards
Some features may let you watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google; their availability is not guaranteed, and a reward is given only when the ad is completed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites you visit through them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the game or its ads, for example by automating clicks on ads, generating fake ad traffic, reverse engineering the service to cheat, overloading our servers, or using the game for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The SuperBlock name, logo, graphics, code and text belong to apk.id or its licensors. You may share links and screenshots of the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell or republish the game.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, apk.id is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress, arising from your use of the game.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Ketentuan Penggunaan

Ketentuan ini berlaku untuk SuperBlock di superblock.apk.id yang dikelola oleh apk.id ("kami"). Dengan bermain, Anda menyetujui ketentuan ini. Bila tidak setuju, mohon jangan memakai game ini.
1. Game
SuperBlock gratis dimainkan di peramban dan didukung iklan. Kami dapat menambah, mengubah, atau menghapus fitur, level, atau iklan kapan saja, dan game sesekali dapat tidak tersedia.
2. Usia
Anda harus berusia minimal 13 tahun untuk bermain. Bila Anda belum dewasa menurut hukum tempat tinggal Anda, mintalah izin orang tua atau wali.
3. Progres Anda
Progres hanya disimpan di peramban Anda (lihat Kebijakan Privasi). Menghapus data situs, memakai mode penjelajahan pribadi, atau berganti perangkat dapat menghapusnya, dan kami tidak dapat memulihkannya. Skor, koin, dan hadiah di dalam game tidak bernilai uang dan tidak dapat ditukar dengan uang.
4. Iklan dan hadiah
Beberapa fitur memungkinkan Anda menonton iklan untuk mendapat hadiah dalam game. Iklan disediakan pihak ketiga seperti Google; ketersediaannya tidak dijamin, dan hadiah hanya diberikan bila iklan ditonton sampai selesai. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas isi iklan pihak ketiga atau situs yang Anda kunjungi melaluinya.
5. Penggunaan yang wajar
Jangan mengganggu game atau iklannya, misalnya mengotomatiskan klik iklan, membuat lalu lintas iklan palsu, membongkar layanan untuk curang, membebani server kami, atau memakai game untuk tujuan yang melanggar hukum.
6. Hak kekayaan intelektual
Nama, logo, grafik, kode, dan teks SuperBlock milik apk.id atau pemberi lisensinya. Anda boleh membagikan tautan dan tangkapan layar game untuk keperluan pribadi nonkomersial. Anda tidak boleh menyalin, menjual kembali, atau menerbitkan ulang game ini.
7. Tanpa jaminan dan batasan tanggung jawab
Game disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" tanpa jaminan apa pun. Sejauh diizinkan hukum, apk.id tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung atau lanjutan, maupun hilangnya progres game, yang timbul dari penggunaan game.
8. Perubahan
Kami dapat memperbarui ketentuan ini. Tanggal berlaku di atas menunjukkan versi terbaru; terus bermain setelah perubahan berarti Anda menerima ketentuan yang diperbarui.
9. Hukum yang berlaku
Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia.
